Shanna Zuspan

With a master’s in city planning and over 25 years of experience, Shanna brings a deep knowledge of housing, land use, and community development to her role as principal-in-charge and co-owner.

Whether working with Tribal entities, non-profits, or local governments, Shanna utilizes analytical tools and objective facts to help organizations find solutions to complex issues. She is skilled at translating technical data so that it is understandable and transparent.

As a former redevelopment professional with a focus on sustainable development projects, Shanna enjoys working with clients to implement collaborative partnerships that help achieve common goals. She leads many of Agnew::Beck’s housing studies, economic and financial feasibility analyses, market assessments, and business planning efforts.

Born and raised in Alaska, Shanna spent her early years in McCarthy. Before settling in Anchorage to raise her family, she spent many years in California developing her career in public finance, land use economics, and community development.

Outside of work, Shanna is involved with South Anchorage Baseball Booster Club in her role as Treasurer.
