Riley Schumm

Riley joined Agnew::Beck in 2025 with a background in Public Health and Social Work and a deep commitment to advancing health equity, community well-being, and systems-level change. She brings a versatile skill set in project management, stakeholder engagement, behavioral health systems, program development, and policy analysis. At Agnew::Beck, Riley leads and supports multidisciplinary projects focused on behavioral health planning, strategic initiatives, and community capacity building—particularly in partnership with Tribal entities, nonprofits, and public agencies across Alaska and beyond.

Prior to joining Agnew::Beck, Riley worked at the intersection of climate resilience, environmental justice, and health equity, developing and implementing community-driven strategies through consulting, research, and policy work. Her experience spans nonprofit leadership, healthcare partnership development, and technical assistance for community health initiatives. She holds master’s degrees in Public Health and Social Work, and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Environmental Studies.

Outside of work, Riley enjoys exploring the outdoors with family and friends and going on walks with her two Newfoundland pups.
