Holly is an associate at Agnew::Beck based in Bellingham, Washington, though she previously worked as the planner in Haines, Alaska and, more recently, as an Associate Planner for the City of Fairview, Oregon. Born and raised in Southeast Alaskan, Holly brings her coastal and rural planning perspectives to the team, as well as her decade-long work with active transportation and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). She has many years of experience in current planning with a focus on land use code revision and development review. She is also skilled in meeting facilitation, having staffed planning commissions and parks and recreation committees, and leading numerous community meetings and trainings. Outside of her work with Agnew::Beck, Holly enjoys fishing, encaustic painting, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
