Curtis Fincher

Curtis comes to Agnew::Beck from City of Cordova, where he served as Special Projects Director. In that role he secured over $28 million of state and federal funding for a new Cordova harbor. Since joining Agnew::Beck he has worked on a wide range of grant proposals, including housing, behavioral health, and both urban and rural infrastructure. He has a keen understanding of how to tailor projects to align stakeholder goals with funder priorities and maximize chance of award. Curtis relies on quantitative data to make compelling funding cases but is also comfortable designing interviews to express stakeholder preference on environmental and social justice issues where numbers alone commonly fall short. Outside of his work with Agnew::Beck, Curtis owns and operates a small business in Cordova.
