Curtis Fincher

Curtis has written or assisted with more than $125 million in awarded funding proposals. He is skilled at creative project scoping to pair client needs with funder priorities, and in assembling partnerships to help diverse organizations work toward common goals. He is particularly motivated by projects that accelerate clean energy adoption in his home state of Alaska, where he was an important contributor to planning efforts behind $413 million in grid upgrades for Alaska’s Railbelt.

In addition to his background in capital improvements, he has worked in engagement and assessment roles for environmental justice and community health projects around the state. He is currently leading a team conducting Alaska’s first ever mental health impact assessment, across four National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska communities.

Outside of his work with Agnew::Beck, he is the founder of Copper River Brewing in Cordova, Alaska, and has hiked, biked, skied, and floated nearly 12,000 miles around the United States.
