Blair is a project manager specializing in community and economic development, with expertise in climate resilience, food systems, and entrepreneurship. Her professional background spans the finance, tourism, and agriculture sectors, and includes roles at small nonprofits, a large financial institution, and a technology startup. Drawing from this breadth of perspective and experience, her work is driven by the urgency of our shared challenges and the belief that all voices are needed at the table to develop actionable and lasting solutions. Blair grew up in a small town in northwestern Pennsylvania and has a special love for rural communities. She, her husband, and their daughter now spend summers in Denali National Park and the rest of the year in Talkeetna.
