Alison has over 20 years of facilitation experience specializing in collaboration, coordination, and resource alignment to address complex issues impacting community health and well-being. She also has extensive community development experience, including strategic development of programs, data analysis, grant administration, and management. For the past few years, Alison had led diversity, equity, and inclusion conversations with community groups, nonprofits, and governmental organizations in the Tahoe Truckee region and recently led a county-wide mental health needs assessment.
