Organizational development engages all levels of an organization to dramatically improve results. Whether you seek to set new direction, strengthen leadership skills, increase staff engagement, improve an existing program or implement a new program, Agnew::Beck will work with you to achieve positive changes in your organization. We understand that change can be hard and each situation is unique. Our team has extensive experience working with clients to determine the right suite of services for them. We draw from a range of organizational services, including strategic direction setting, issues identification, new program and process design, change management, leadership and management coaching, staff training, team building, and various other forms of implementation support. Our clients frequently report that it is our project leadership and steadfast support through project ups and downs that were most helpful to their efforts to successfully implement organizational change.
Agnew::Beck has assisted dozens of clients with successfully planning and implementing new organizational directions. Some recent examples include facilitating and operationalizing the State of Alaska Tobacco Prevention and Control Program’s strategic plan to achieve their vision of a 100% tobacco-free Alaska; designing and implementing a new US Forest Service program called the Children’s Forest to make the forest more accessible to children and families; and, conducting a community health needs assessment of Unalaska to help Iliuliuk Family Health Services set priorities for future services and operational improvements. Each of these efforts involved working closely with our clients to set goals, define and communicate clear and effective strategies, align on-the-ground work, improve operational efficiency, and successfully roll out powerful new initiatives.
