Facility & Business Planning

Agnew::Beck helps our clients through feasibility assessment and business planning to take an idea from concept to reality. We help our clients test a project’s feasibility, work through programming and design tasks, secure funding, and implement the project.  Sometimes the vision for the project is larger than what is feasible. Agnew::Beck helps communities come to terms with what is possible in order to develop right-sized and sustainable facilities.

Agnew::Beck has helped to plan and build community health centers, cultural centers, housing developments and tourism facilities. Examples of successful projects include the Beringia Museum of Science and Culture in Nome, Alaska; the Nez Perce Business Development and Education Center in Lapwai, Idaho; and, the Bristol Bay Family Resources Centers in five village including the Ikaiyurvik Family Resource Center in Togiak, and the New Stuyahok Health Clinic.
