Agnew::Beck works with both government and private businesses to provide systems-level planning and ground-level operations assistance. We have helped public-sector clients assess how to improve career center operations to better connect the right employers with the right job seekers for the right opportunities. At the systems-level, we have examined how to shift Alaska’s career center operations to be more demand- and industry-driven, connecting employment centers and secondary schools through career and advancement pathways. We create workforce development plans that define our private-sector clients’ hiring needs and provide guidance in working with communities to develop both the hard and soft skills to meet those needs. We have extensive experience working with workforce investment act funded programs.
