Maxine Laszlo

Maxine is a project manager guided by indigenous principles of economic and community development, focusing on balance, relationships, harmony, and respect. Her experience includes supporting nonprofits, Tribal governments, and small businesses with strategic planning, ranging from organizational storytelling and grant writing to financial forecasting and data analysis. Before joining Agnew::Beck, Maxine supported rural communities in the Pacific Islands and Tribes in the Lower 48 with developing economic strategies, diversifying local economies, growing small businesses, and acquiring funding. Maxine is interested in how access to economic opportunities relates to communal generational trauma, and especially, how culturally appropriate interventions can create space for future generations to heal.
