Agnew::Beck holds multiple contracts with the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority to provide research, pre-project planning, technical assistance, strategic planning, program planning, business planning and analysis, board training and proposal development services. We have worked on many projects for the State of Alaska and nonprofit organizations that serve Trust beneficiaries. Agnew::Beck has worked under the direction of Alaska Mental Health Trust program staff to develop the capacity of beneficiary serving organizations through targeted technical assistance in the following areas:
- Financial Analysis and Management: Services include feasibility assessment, business analysis and planning, strategic planning, budget planning, funding strategies, revenue diversification, microenterprise and sustainability planning.
- Funding Research and Proposal Development
- Housing Focused Analysis and Management: Services include organizational assessments, training and technical assistance, resource material development, housing inventory analysis and program development.
- Rural Organizations: Agnew::Beck provides a wide range of technical assistance to rural beneficiary-serving organizations.
We also coordinate the Trust’s biannual Rural Outreach Trip that takes 40 representatives of State agencies and the Legislature to a rural region, including overnight visits to rural villages.
