Last week, A::B and the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority hosted the Rural Outreach trip in Kodiak, AK. Together, we hosted 22 legislators, legislative staff, and representatives from various DHSS programs. Visitors learned about the strengths, needs and challenges of The Trust’s beneficiary groups in Kodiak and surrounding villages then brainstormed ways to assist these communities going forward.
